Mr. Zalopa comes to the Compass Group from managerial positions in multinational companies such as Podravka, Vitana, Rieber & Son and Unilever. For the last few years he has worked for Podravka as Director for Central Europe, where he has been responsible for developing and implementing strategy and improving performance across six countries. “It is an honor for me to be managing the leader in the market for providing gastronomic services. My goal is for Compass Group to strengthen and grow in all three countries. Not only to maintain its leadership but also to be a model for others. The path to this goal is driven by our enthusiasm for quality food and services, an innovative approach and by responsibility and consistency in all aspects of our business,” Jurek Zalopa says.
